How can I request leave or log an absence in Evity?

To request leave or log an absence, click on " request leave" in the bottom left corner of the Dashboard.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Visit Evity's login portal and select "Forgot Password" to reset your password

How can I delete or archive an employee?

To remove or archive an employee, go to their staff card. Once in the profile, you can either:

  1. Archive the employee by setting an end date for their employment under "Employment Details." This will mark them as "Former Employee," removing them from the employee list, but allowing you to access their data later. You can do this by clicking the pencil icon, as shown in the image.

or

  1. Delete the employee permanently along with all their data by clicking the option shown in the image.
